Our conformance target

This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance and California’s Unruh Act. Accessibility is reviewed as part of every site update, not as a one-time audit.

Measures we take

Specific measures built into this website include:

  • Semantic HTML landmarks (navigation, main content, footer) with a skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
  • Full keyboard operability: every menu, accordion, form, and button is reachable and usable with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
  • Color contrast meeting or exceeding the 4.5:1 ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text, verified against the site’s brand palette.
  • Descriptive labels on all form fields, with error messages announced to assistive technology.
  • A logical heading structure with exactly one top-level heading per page.
  • All animation disabled for visitors whose systems request reduced motion.
  • Touch targets sized at 44px minimum for comfortable use on mobile devices.
  • No third-party accessibility overlay widgets — accessibility is built into the code itself.

Known limitations

Some embedded third-party content — such as the Google Maps embed and the chat widget — is controlled by its providers, and its accessibility may vary. Equivalent information is always available directly on the page: our address, phone number, and email appear as plain text wherever the map appears.
